- Greet and welcome guests with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
- Ensure order accuracy for dine-in and takeout orders.
- Organize and coordinate the flow of orders between the kitchen and front counter.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house and expo areas.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and team members to ensure efficient service.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Support overall restaurant operations and assist team members as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards at all times.
Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
